Payhip vs Kajabi
Payhip costs less at every sales level. Kajabi costs more and adds community and podcasts to a course business. Here are the numbers, from their own pricing pages.
Pick Payhip if you want to sell downloads, courses or memberships for the least money. Pick Kajabi if a course or coaching programme is the whole business and you want its community and podcasts in the same place. We compete with both of them, so check the sources below.

Taken from what each company says on payhip.com and kajabi.com/features. “Not listed” means we couldn’t find it on those pages, not that it can’t be done.
Payhip fits if you sell templates, ebooks or a course and want to start without a monthly bill. Its paid plans make sense once the percentage costs more than the plan.
Kajabi fits if you run a course or coaching business with a community around it. You’re paying for that, not for lower fees: Payhip Pro already has no fee per sale at $99 a month.
AOVANCY is a third way to do this: your own storefront with no monthly fee, where we keep 7.5% when something sells, with card processing on top. On fees alone Payhip’s free plan takes less than we do, and we don’t have email or memberships yet. We wrote those up too: AOVANCY vs Payhip, AOVANCY vs Kajabi, and every company’s fees in one table.

Yes. Payhip says its courses support videos, files, quizzes and assignments, and it also sells memberships and coaching. Kajabi covers those too and adds community and podcasts.
When a course or coaching programme is the main thing you sell, and you'd use its community and podcasts along with its email and page builder. If you mostly sell downloads, you'd be paying for tools you won't open.
