5. Moderation Process
AOVANCY employs human content moderators to review all reports. Our moderation process follows these steps:
- Receipt: Reports are logged and assigned a unique reference number.
- Assessment: A moderator reviews the reported content against our Terms of Service and applicable law.
- Decision: Based on the assessment, content may be removed, restricted, or the report may be dismissed.
- Notification: The reporter and the content creator are notified of the decision with a clear explanation.
- Appeal: Content creators may appeal moderation decisions through our complaint mechanism.
6. How to Report Content
Anyone can report potentially illegal or non-compliant content on AOVANCY. A "Report this product" option is available on every product page in our marketplace. Reports can be submitted without creating an account.
