Where Gumroad wins
Gumroad has been around since 2011 and processed over $1B in creator sales. The advantages:
- Volume of buyer traffic. Gumroad Discover gets more monthly visitors than any EU marketplace. If your product fits in a well-trafficked Gumroad taxonomy, organic discovery is real.
- Established creator network. If you've already built a Gumroad audience, your following persists across products.
