# AOVANCY: full facts

> AOVANCY is a store for digital products. Each creator gets their own store at yourname.aovancy.com, uploads a product they already have (an ebook, guide, template, planner, preset or other download) or makes one with Stoke, AOVANCY's AI, and shares the link with their audience. AOVANCY SRL, a company in Bucharest, Romania, sells every order in its own name as merchant of record: it takes the payment, delivers the file, handles support and refunds, and pays the creator their share.

## What AOVANCY does, and what it doesn't

The creator:
- makes the product, or makes it with Stoke;
- sets the price;
- shares the link with their own audience (bio, newsletter, posts).

AOVANCY:
- runs the creator's store at yourname.aovancy.com;
- sells every order in its own name as merchant of record (AOVANCY SRL), so the buyer's contract and receipt are with AOVANCY SRL;
- takes the payment, by card or, if the creator turns it on, in crypto;
- emails the buyer the file right after payment (no buyer account needed);
- handles buyer support and refunds;
- pays the creator their share by bank transfer.

AOVANCY does not:
- send traffic or find buyers: sales come from the links the creator shares;
- run the creator's marketing;
- need the creator to have their own Stripe or PayPal account;
- promise any income.

## How it works

1. Claim a store name (yourname.aovancy.com). Free, no card needed.
2. Add a product: upload a file you already have, or describe an ebook or guide and Stoke's writer drafts it with you, cover included.
3. Share the link.
4. When someone buys, AOVANCY takes the payment and emails them the file. Each card sale clears after 5 days; once €50 or more has cleared, the creator asks AOVANCY to pay them by bank transfer.

## What it costs

- Free to start: no monthly fee, no listing fee.
- The free plan holds up to 3 products.
- When something sells, AOVANCY keeps 7.5% and pays the creator 92.5% of the price. The 7.5% is worked out after card processing.

Example: on a €20 sale, leaving card processing aside, AOVANCY keeps €1.50 and pays the creator €18.50.

## Being paid

- Each card sale clears 5 days after it's made.
- From €50 cleared, the creator can ask AOVANCY to pay them, by bank transfer.
- Before the first payment the creator gives their billing details once (person or company, tax ID, address, bank account), because AOVANCY issues invoices for each payment.
- Creators must be 18 or older to be paid.

## What can be sold

- Anything a buyer downloads: ebooks and guides (PDF, EPUB), templates (Notion, Canva, spreadsheets, résumés), planners and printables, presets, prompt packs, fonts, audio, video lessons.
- One file per product (PDF, EPUB, ZIP, images, Office, audio or video), up to 50 MB. A set of files goes in a ZIP.
- Every product goes through an automatic check before it's published.
- Courses with lessons and modules are coming soon; until then a guide or a video lesson is sold as a file.

## For buyers

- Checkout by card, or in crypto when the creator has turned it on.
- The file arrives by email right after payment, with a permanent download link. No account needed.

## Stoke, AOVANCY's AI

Works today:
- The writer: describe an ebook or guide (topic, reader, outcome) and it drafts the chapters with you. Edit in plain words. Pick one of three covers or upload your own.

Coming soon (being built, not live):
- Reading the creator's store and suggesting changes. Every change waits for the creator's approval, and most can be undone for 24 hours.
- Writing emails to buyers who said yes at checkout; each email waits for the creator to send it.
- Running ads in the creator's own Meta ad account, only after the creator starts a campaign, within limits they set.
- Stoke answers in the language you write to it in. AOVANCY picks the AI model behind it for each job.

- Creators with steady high sales can pay less on a flat monthly plan (Sellfy, Payhip Pro, Podia, Kajabi, Thinkific).
